Our Shipping Philosophy

KilnPrism is the digital boutique of FULLY TABLEWARE & EQUIPMENT LIMITED. To provide you with a curated collection of artisanal ceramics and designer glassware without traditional retail markups, we utilize a global fulfillment network. Many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners and specialized fulfillment hubs to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality check and secure multi-layer packaging to protect delicate items.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and packaging.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Fees

We strive to keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $5.99 on all orders worldwide.

  • (Optional: You can add "Free Shipping on orders over $XX" if applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we ship from global partners to bring you unique designs, delivery times vary by destination:

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier schedules.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to refresh after the label is generated.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, don't worry—your package is likely moving through international transit hubs.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assigned by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • KilnPrism is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Address Accuracy & Modifications

We process orders quickly to ensure timely arrival.

  • Changes: If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us at service@kilnprism.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extra precautions with fragile items, but accidents can happen during transit.

  • Broken/Damaged Items: If your ceramics or glassware arrive broken, please email us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
