KilnPrism is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our curated tableware collections and services to you. At KilnPrism, we specialize in high-quality ceramics and glassware. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to the artisanal nature of kiln-fired ceramics and the variations in digital displays, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or texture will be 100% accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or international transit issues outside our control.
